But your csv file continued to exist wherever you had saved it. Furthermore, all your commands were available in the review window, so you could simply have re-run your session up to the point you pressed the big red knob to see what it did.

I don't see why. What had happened to the original one?

Try opening the csv file in Excel to verify that it contains the data you expect.
