Hello
I would be most grateful to receive advice both in terms of underlying
theory and where appropriate, associated Stata commands, for
accomplishing each of the following tasks:
1) combining Kappa statistics (each in the form of Cohens's Simple
Kappa) to form an average, where the Kappa statistics are correlated
and
2) combining adjusted odds ratios from logistic regression analyses in a
meta-analysis, where the raw data are unavailable.
