Is this anybody's terminology? Even if it is, it seems poorly chosen to me. -stdp- and -stdf- both produce standard errors associated with predictions, the difference lying in what is being predicted. Your terminology suggests a hierarchy with two levels, as if we were talking about a standard error and its standard error, but that is not the case here. 

I've not seen short terms that are transparent and any where near self-explanatory. I've always spelled out in a sentence or so what was being predicted. 

There will be other views.

If I understand it correctly from the manual:

stdp gives the standard error of the prediction

stdf gives the standard error of the prediction error
