Hi listers,
This question is coming from a colleague who was looking for some advice.
She has respondent data from two separate randomised studies with longitudinal
data on a binary social variable. She wants to estimate logit model using
-xtlogit- or -gllamm-, where her panel variable is subject id.
xtlogit bin_var x1 x2 time_var, i(id)
The question is how do you account for the study identifer in the analysis,
given that the observations from each study may be treated as a cluster?
Many thanks,
Shehzad
