Hi
I have a question about getting chi2 test for contingency tables using
multiple imputation.
i have a data with multiple imputed data, i want to run the equivalent
to tab x y,chi2
i could manage to run proportions of x by y but i am interested in
getting the chi2 test, i looked at the estimation options and seems
there is not an option to run a chi2 for a contingency table.
is there another option or do i have to compute it by hand? is there
also an option top run t-test for multiple imputed data? or shall i
run bi-variate regressions to explore any relationship between thee
outcome and each one of the independent measurements?
thank you
fernando
