st: Random seeder: -setrngseed- now available on SSC

Dear _all,

Thanks, as always, to Kit Baum, the package -setrngseed- is available  
for download on SSC.

type
. ssc describe setrngseed
. ssc install setrngseed

-setrngseed- , written by Bill Gould an I, uses truly random integers  
obtained from the website www.random.org to set the seed of Stata's  
pseudo-random-numbers generator.
