Dear statalist user!
Can anybody tell me whether there exists some code (for stata, matlab, R or any other package) to estimate a multinomial discrete choice dynamic panel data model, e.g, a multinomial dynamic fixed effects logit, as proposed by Honore and Kyriazidou: "Panel Data Discrete Choice Models with Lagged Dependent Variables", Econometrica, Vol. 68, No. 4 (July, 2000), 839-874 (http://links.jstor.org/pss/2999528) or used by Thierry Magnac in "Subsidied Training and Youth Employment: Distinguishing Unobserved Heterogeneity from State Dependence in Labour Market Histories", The Economic Journal, 110 (Oktober 2000), 805-837 (http://links.jstor.org/pss/2667854)?
Thanks a lot!
Sabrina
