Sorry, I perhaps misunderstood. If your data is survival data, first use
-sttocc- to create your nested case control sample, but I guess you already
did that. Ordinarily logistic regression (-logit-), or conditional logistic
regression (-clogit-) depending on how you matched cases and controls, would
be your way to go about analysing the data.

Dear Statalisters:
Is there some command for the analysis of nested case-control studies?
I know of stcascoh and stselpre, presented by Enzo Cobiello, in the STB-59,
page 12-18, jan/2001, for case-cohort, but did not find anything specific
for case-control nested within a cohort.
