I should have mentioned that in my earlier email, but ivreg2 does not work
because it only allocates a limited amount of space to the variable names
So, if I type
di e(exexog)
I get
_Ijudge_2 _Ijudge_3 _Ijudge_4 _Ijudge_5 _Ijudge_6 _Ijudge_7 _Ijudge_8
_Ijudge_9 _Ijudge_10
> _Ijudge_11 _Ijudge_12 _Ijudge_13 _Ijudge_14 _Ijudge_15 _Ijudge_16 _Ijudge_17 _Ijudge_18 _
> Ijudge_19 _Ijudge_20 _Ijudge_21 _Ijudge_22 _Ijudge_23 _Ijudge_2
instead of
_Ijudge_2 _Ijudge_3 _Ijudge_4 _Ijudge_5 _Ijudge_6
_Ijudge_7 _Ijudge_8 _Ijudge_9 _Ijudge_10 _Ijudge_11
