Dear Stata Users,

Will be very thankful if somebody helped me out.

I am trying to do multiple imputations using "ICE"

Following the information on
http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/library/ice.htm I have downloded
the current version of "ice".

My syntex is:
ice SA1C  SA2C SA3C SA4C SA1Ca SA1Cb SA1Cc SA1Cd SA1Ce using temp,
m(5) cmd(SA1C:mlogit) passive (SA1C:  SA1Ca==1\ SA1Cb==2\ SA1Cc==3\
SA1Cd==4\ SA1Ce==5) substitute( SA1C: SA1Ca SA1Cb SA1Cc SA1Cd SA1Ce)

where SA1C  SA2C SA3C SA4C are all categorical (1,2,3,4,5)

When I run the syntex (above) I get "copy not allowed, r(101)"

Can somebody tell me what it means and what I am doing wrong, please?
