I have the following problem:
1. I regress y on x1, x2,...xk. Estimation done using datset A.
2. using the beta estimates I predict y for two new datasets B and C. The
predicted ys are Y^{B} and Y^{C}.
3. I need to find the mean and variance of D=(Y^{B}-Y^{C})/Y^{B} using the
Geary Hinkley Transformation so the I can construct a confidence interval
for predictions of D.
How do I execute stage 3 using STATA?
