True, I tend to rely on the "naive model" that any Stata tip is written by
NJC unless proven otherwise. Every now and then, I end up with a "false
positive". No hurt feelings there on David`s end, I hope...

I am sure this has been asked before but I've scoured the archives with no
luck.
I would like to either
a) create a frequency table where I specify the bin with
or
b) obtain the bins and counts that histogram generates.
