Well, I'd have to see all the output and your -svyset- statement, but
it looks like the command won't compute a CI when alpha is essentially
zero; the likelihood iiteration had to stop somewhere, so even the
weighted likelihood value is questionable. Jackknife replicates or
-brr- replicates, for example, would all give the same ( zero)
estimate.
