I sent a zip file containing the six files making up Stas' polychoric
package to Jennifer privately, so the immediate problem is resolved. A copy
of Stata that is not web-aware does pose risks, though, as it is not fed the
vital -update-s. Jennifer can obtain the -update-s manually at
http://www.stata.com/support/updates/, but checking back regularly is
probably easily forgotten...
