While -opreg- (Yasar, Raciborski and Poi) and -levpet- (Petrin, Poi
and Levinsohn) are available from ssc, I doubt whether there is a
user-written command for ACF. But there could be a slim chance that
a matlab code might exist.
Moreoever, I think -opreg- has upto second-order terms in the
non-parametric expression (so you might have to modify in case you
want higher-order polynomial).
