It has been solved for both programs and the updated package is,thanks
to Kit Baum, now available on SSC. To install it type in Stata
-ssc install postrcspline- or -adoupdate, update-.
The -postrcspline- package consists of two progams, -adjustrcspline-
and -mfxrcspline-, which help with the interpretation of explanatory/
independent/x variables that have been added to the model as
restricted cubic splines. -adjustrcspline- displays a graph of the
predicted outcome against the spline variable while keeping all other
explanatory/independent/x variables constant. -mfxrcspline- displays a
graph of the marginal effect of the spline variable against the spline
variable. Examples of these graphs can be seen at:
