What is often helpful in diagnosing this kind of problems is
to run only a few bootstrap samples (say 10) and look at the
output from the individual models that are being estimated.
You can do that by specifying the -noisily- option within
-bootstrap-, so: -bootstrap ..., n(10) noisily : ...-.
