There exists no such thing as "The chi2 test", it is
a generic name for all test that use the assumption 
that the test statistic follows the chi square
distribution under the null hypothesis. So which
two tests are you comparing? A clear and concise way
of telling us that, is to tell us what you typed in 
Stata, and what it told you in return.

Ps. I did not mean that you needed to start the
first line with <>, I meant that the first line
should _only_ contain <>. Your real post should
start on the next line. The statalist server 
sometimes removes the first line, so if deletes
your first line when you started it the way you
did, it would still remove substantive information
from your post, but if it removes it when you
started it the way I told you, it would only
remove two meaningless characters.
