I deleted the ivreg2 2.1.21 5 feb2007 and install a new version.
Which give me now
. which ivreg2
c:\ado\plus\i\ivreg2.ado
*! ivreg2 3.0.04 24Apr2010
*! authors cfb & mes
*! see end of file for version comments
With this I have been successfull.
