st: measurement error question- rcal

I have two replicate measures (X measured at time 1 and retest time 2) measuring construct Y (true score) with error. If I include them in the rcal command, does the provided estimate correct only for the test-retest reliability (or lack thereof) or does it correct for any and all measurement error in X?
Thank you,
Sandi Pruitt
