The -parmest- on SSC will not work for Jamie, who is using Stata 10.1,
because the SSC version of -parmest- is in Stata 11. The most recent
version of -parmest- compatible with Stata 10.1 is the one on my
website, which Jamie can download by typing
net describe parmest, from(http://www.imperial.ac.uk/nhli/r.newson/stata10)
and then installing it.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes
Roger

Often the one on SSC is the most recent.
So this is where my version of -parmest- came from.
