We have calculated intraclass correlation coefficients and their 95% CIs. These ICCs represent the test-retest reliability of continuous measures measured at two times. I want to compare ICCs across two independent groups and would like to calculate a formal test of significance.
Any ideas on how to do this? References? Programs?
Thanks,
Sandi Pruitt
