Seems you merely have to add the -eform- option to -ssc d estout-, just as
for -ssc d esttab-:

***********
webuse kva, clear
stset failtime
stcox load bearings
estout, eform
***********

Note you can always call -esttab- with the -noisily- option and thus see the
-estout- call that it issues.
