There is a book by Therneau and Grambsch in the Springer series. It is fairly technical (translaton: don't go here unless you are comfortable with standard survival analysis). I don't know of any specific lists on this.

Well, Statalist does see a fair share of discussions related to survival
analysis. You can search the archive at
http://www.stata.com/statalist/archive/. Apart from that, the book
http://www.stata-press.com/books/saus.html is relevant, and there is a book
"Applied Survival Analysis Using Stata: Alternatives to the Cox Model"
forthcoming at http://www.stata-press.com/forthcoming.html.

Are there any forums which discuss issues related to estimating models
of survival analysis? I would highly appreciate if you can share them
with me.
Thanks,
