The first variable in the list will be the denominator coefficient.
Note that  -wtp-  estimates minus the ratio.  You can programmatically
change the signs by extracting the ratio and confidence limits from
the returned matrix r(wtp).

Is this correct that Arne's -wtp- module can be used for ratio of a
set of any two coefficients, i.e. one of the coefficients doesn't
necessarily have to be associated with cost?
