Hard to diagnose from afar. Probably some issue with write privileges to the
program files dir. Glad it is now up and running :-)

After update all, it ran perfectly. Thank you.
I ran --update all-- when I loaded Stata. What happened to cause this error?

Could be a case of ado files and executable being out of sync. The example
runs without error for me... What does -update all- give you?
