Indeed, dmexogxt (SSC, Baum-Stillman) has not been revised for Stata 11. If
you omit variables that are automatically dropped by xtivreg from that
regression, the current version of dmexogxt should work. The handling of
collinear variables has changed significantly between Stata 10 and Stata 11.
