I do suspect, however, that you want to obtain a list of varnames which are
_potential_ dates, but still stored as strings. You have to clarify this
issue for the list, and identify any property of those strings that enables
automatic identification ("they all have slashes in them")...

Hello

Is there a way to identify all variables in a dataset that contain
dates and then store the relevant variable names in a local? I am
looking for something like the "ds" command.
