There have been extensive changes in the handling of cluster() in this release. Please provide more detail on the problem you encountered, preferably in the context of a readily-available dataset such as those accessible via -webuse- or in the ivreg2 help file so that we can track down the bug.

You may use the prior version of Stata by installing the ivreg29 package. It is virtually the same as the last public version of ivreg2, and is maintained for the benefit of Stata 9.2 users. It works fine on Stata 10 and 11.
