Once you identified the problem as having to do with
the allignment, I knew where to start looking in the
help files. However, I think Katja found a bug and we
found a temporary fix. With regard to whether you
could also do this with the dialog boxes, I can only
say that I could not, but says more about my lack of
familiarity with the dialog boxes... (I learned Stata
with Stata 6)
