Does stata have any program to estimate by using local Generalized
Method of Moments(LGMM)，which was proposed by Kien C.Tran and E
G.Tsionas in their paper "Local GMM Estimation of Semiparametric
Dynamic Panel with Smooth Coefficient Models".
