It's difficult to answer this without seeing your data. Could you list
a few lines for a couple of subjects showing the relevant time (or date)
variables and show the -stset- command that you used.

Subject: st: stsplit for for data with multiple records per subject
Hi Statalisters,
I am working with data that consists of multiple records per subject and
would like to split the data at to create a time varying covariate.
However, the event in which I would like to split can occur multiple
times per subject as well. The code I'm using is incorrectly doing the
split. The code I'm trying is the following:
stsplit cross_ind, at(0) after(time=asis(dx_to_claim_day))
So, starting at the reference time of diagnosis, I'm trying to split
each time a subject "crosses" a particular defined point and this
crossing can occur multiple times.
