st: censored demand system and endogeneity problem

Dear STATA Users,

1.I would like to estimate censored QUAIDS model using Shonkwiler and Yen
method. If you have experience with this problem, please send me some
advice.

2. I would like to verify exogeneity of expenditure in my model. How to
perform Hausman test in such case?
