Sergiy Radyakin <[email protected]> noticed that, in Stata 11,
-st_view(V,i,j[,selectvar])- allows a varlist in the string elements of the
'j' argument but -st_sview()- does not.

That -st_sview()- and -st_sdata()- do not allow varlists in the string
elements of 'j' was an oversite. We will fix this in a future exectuable
update.

This varlist feature was added to -st_view()- for Stata 11, prior to that
-st_view()- required that the 'j' argument contain exactly one variable name
in each element, and -st_view()- did not support time-series operators.

In Stata 11, -st_view()- supports time-series operators and the new factor
variable notation.
