I have not read the articles, or studied the program, but it does seem
most unlikely that a program defined as being a random effects command
will do what you want.
Sorry, I don't have any positive suggestions. The above is a tacit
reminder, and this is an explicit reminder, that you are asked to
explain where user-written material you refer to comes from. Why is this
(apparently) difficult to understand?
