Martin wonders
Just wondering: Would the -tsfill- line (which adds observations for
every
single day spent by every single patient in the dataset) lead to memory
problems at some point, given that Rajaram said that sample members
spent
two years there in some cases?
If you have a sensible amount of RAM, it should not, as at that point
you only have a couple of variables in memory. You should be able to
accommodate millions of obs. in a few hundred Mb of RAM.
