Subject: Installing stata on windows vista
Dear Stata Users,
I have been trying with much difficulty to install stata on my newly
acquired computer. I had ealier installed the program on another computer
which got crushed. I get the following message. "I could not open C:\program
files\stata10\STATA.LIC for writting". "Cannot find license file Stata.lic"
Any help for me?
