the change in the effect of duration due to a unit 
change in turnover when there has been a strategic 
change and a ceo change.

I would have to have very good theoretical reasons
to introduce a four-way interaction though, because:

a) interactions eat huge amounts of power (i.e. you
are less likely to find a significant effect when
you should, or you need really really large datasets 
to estimate these models), and

b) they are a nightmare to explain to your audience.
