st: where is mata ghalton() defined?

I tried -mata d using lmatabase- and all the Mata libraries that come
from the output of -mata mlib q-, but it is not listed (although the
full text search finds -ghalton- inside lmatabase.mlib file). The Mata
code for it (that's what I actually was after) isn't in any of the
*.mata files (again, judging by the results of full text search).
