ooops, thank you...

Inna`s strategy was doomed by her omission of the 2 in -findit icc23.hlp-,
not by any failure on the part of ssc... Incidentally, the filetype .hlp
need not be specified for -findit-.

For information: I got a copy using Nick's instructions, so it works
sometime(s).

Many thanks for your help!

unfortunately it didn't work... findit icc3.hlp as well...

As Paul clearly signalled, you can use -ssc- to install the program.

Alternatively,

. ssc type icc23.hlp

will show you the help.

Does anyone have documentation on the recently STATA programme icc23. 'Search all' gave no indication of any so far as I can see.

Visintainer PhD, Paul

Thanks to Kit Baum, a new program call -icc23- is available on SSC. For installation type: ssc install icc23. The program computes the intraclass correlation for random effects model types 2 and 3, as described by Shrout
and Fleiss, 1979, and complements -loneway-, which computes model type
1.
The module uses Stata's repeated measures ANOVA command to retrieve the
appropriate estimates and degrees of freedom.
