st: New version of -scheme_rbn1mono- on SSC
Thanks to Kit Baum, a new version of the scheme_rbn1mono package is now available for download from SSC. In Stata, use the -ssc- command, or the -adoupdate- command, to do this.
The -scheme_rbn1mono- package is defined as below on my website. The new version is now updated to Stata Version 10, and has .sthlp on-line help files, instead of .hlp on-line help files. Users of Stata 9 can still download the Stata 9 version of -scheme_rbn1mono- (with .hlp on-line help files) from my website by typing, in Stata,
net from "http://www.imperial.ac.uk/nhli/r.newson/stata9/"
and selecting and installing the Stata 9 -scheme_rbn1mono- package. This Stata 9 version was formerly named -rbn1mono- on my website, but has now been renamed to -scheme_rbn1mono- to harmonize with the SSC practice.
Best wishes

TITLE
scheme_rbn1mono: Minimal monochrome graphics schemes
DESCRIPTION/AUTHOR(S)
scheme_rbn1mono contains Roger Newson's default graphics schemes.
The scheme rbn1mono specifies a minimal and photocopier-friendly
black-and-white look, with gray background lines and minimal gray
shading. It is slightly more minimal and photocopier-friendly than
s1mono (which is its mother scheme), and slightly less minimal and
photocopier-friendly than Svend Juul's lean schemes (which can be
downloaded in their latest form using the findit command).
The package scheme_rbn1mono now includes a second scheme rbn2mono,
which is an alternative version of rbn1mono which does not alter
text sizes, marker sizes and line widths when by graphs and/or
graph combine and/or graph matrix are used.
