I want the independent variable to be linear to logit of the outcome to
have a proper model fit (in analogy with ordinary linear regression where I
want continuous IV to be linear to the outcome).

" How can I check that age is logit-linear?"
Why do you want to check for this?

Dear listers
I´m doing logistic regression and one of the predictors is age. How
can I check that age is logit-linear? (I´ve seen a lowess plot but I
don´t know how it was done or if it was a good method.)
Grateful if someone knows
Tomas
