st: Stata message

Dear All,

 is there any easy way to change the Stata's error message `"On the
"_tabname_" tab, "_controlname_" must be filled in."', which occurs
when a dialog-box control is left without a value? (I would like to
have it in a different language, without rewriting the -require-
statement).
