This is how I would calculate it:

biprobit (y = x1 x2 x3) (x1 = x2 x3 x4) [pw=weight]

predict xbeta1,xb

gen imills1=normd(xb)/normprob(xb)

replace imills1=-normd(xb)/(1-normprob(xb))
