I estimated a probit model (xi: probit y choice i.x i.z) and then used
the following ado:
prvalue, x(choice=1) rest(mean)
I get the following error message:
cholesky(): matrix has missing values
Anyone know how to deal with this (note: I have many dummy fixed
effects--could this be causing the problem)?
Best,
John.
