I suggest that you use a free upload/download site when you want to send items to the list. I like filefactory.com. Others are recommended in http://filesharefreak.com/2008/04/05/free-1-click-web- hosting-file-hosting-upload-sites/

Attached is the code I have used for estimating sample selection panel model according to Wooldrigde's suggestions. It's nothing special as started using Stata a small year ago and my programming skills are at the novice level.

Take a look and ask if something is unclear.

be very little in terms of results in the literature that Stata could
implement...
