Manisha,
you could:
1) update Stata to 10.1 and hope that everything is going to be fixed
automatically during the update
2) try to reproduce the problem with the auto dataset (type: sysuse
auto, ... setup svy: svyset ....) and if in case of success post exact
commands here
3) tell us what error code do you see (if any) and exact error message.
