There are programs within Stata that do propensity score matching, but
this is user written software, so it does not come with the Stata
CD-Rom. To find this stuff you can type within Stata:
-findit propensity score- (don't type the "-"s, they are Statalist
convention of delimiting where a command starts and where it ends). You
will see that you will have quite some programs and articles to choose
from and it will tell you how to download this material.
