Hello,

I was wondering if there's a way to draw a graph in stata that looks
like that (old-fashioned) way of plotting many series stacked one
above the other, with a series of different y-scales, but all on the
left side, e.g.:

(I guess the most famous example of these graphs is Irving Fisher's
article in the inaugural issue of Econometrica in 1933)
