Just a reminder of some basics:
The Statalist archives are the definitive record of what has been sent
out.
The FAQ (reference below as always) gives the details.
As whether you received something promptly, or indeed at all, may depend
on your connections, it is a very good idea to check the archives first
if you are unsure of whether the list received your posting. If a
message did not get through, and is not in the archives, then your post
need _not_ include any story about reposting, etc., as the list knows
nothing about such difficulties.
My guess is that most emails you send that _do_ not reach the list do
not do so because you are not sending plain text or are sending from an
address that is not subscribed to Statalist.
